Budget Analysis Rajasthan Centre (BARC)
(An Astha Programme)

BARC analyzes Rajasthan Budget from the perspective of the poor and marginalized and shares the findings with civil society, common people, media, political parties and legislators in order to intervene in budget making process and governance system in the state. They also conduct field based studies to understand the linkages between macro issues of budget and economy and ground realities in the state.
