India signed Multilateral Competent Authorities Agreement (MCAA) for exchange of Country-by-Country reports between countries

India has signed the Multilateral Agreement for automatic exchange of country-by-country reports filed by multi-national entities with the tax authority of the jurisdiction of tax residence of that entity, with the tax authorities of all jurisdictions in which the multi-national group operates.
