Rajalakshmi manages the overall preparations for organising online / offline training workshops, consultations and meetings. She also provides support in carrying out organisational monitoring and evaluation processes, programme communications interventions and outreach efforts. She has ten years of work experience in the field of administration and finance. Prior to joining CBGA, she has worked with the corporate sector. She is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.
