Sangeeta is working as a Senior Research Consultant for the OBI team at CBGA. Her research interests include Development Economics and Public Finance, in particular focusing on the vulnerable sections in larger socio-economic policy frameworks.

Prior to joining CBGA, she has served as an assistant professor at various autonomous colleges and state universities. Earlier, she was associated as a Senior Academic Officer with an ed-tech company based in Bangalore.

She holds an M.A. and M. Phil degrees in Economics from Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, Jawaharlal Nehru University and is an undergraduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
