Past the10 - Year Mark
This publication is a compilation of reflections from the CAG report on the Performance Appraisal of the Reproductive and Child Health Programme (RCH) under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and inputs from the Departmentally related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare. The CAG appraisal covers the period from 2011-12 to 2015-16 and touches upon certain specific aspects of the programme such as financial management, infrastructural facility and quality of healthcare and suggests ways to bring about improvement in programme delivery.
